Gingerbread biscuits

In postul de astazi voi posta ceva dulce (wow, super wow) si foarte distractiv de facut, mai ales cand ai la dispozitie un playlist cu cantece de craciun si o companie placuta care sa rada de cantatul tau.  prepararea dureaza putin mai mult, avand in vedere ca trebuie lasat aluatul la „odihnit” circa 30- 50 minute, insa, in acest timp puteti curata bucataria care poate deveni putin dezordonata. Ingredientele pentru BISCUITII DE TURTA DULCE sunt putin mai jos:

Acum tot ce trebuie sa facem e sa le impartim in 2 „tabere”:

Tabara 2: amestecam condimentele+faina+coaja rasa de la cele 2 portocale 

Acum adunam Tabara 1+ Tabara 2, dar treptat. La un moment dat  va deveni putin greu sa amestecam  cu lingura asa ca pana se formeaza o bila care nu se va mai lipi de bol, va trebui sa bagam manutele si sa adaugam faina treptat pana va avea consistenta potrivita: sa nu ni se mai lipeasca de maini.  Punem compozitia intr-o folie alimentara si o bagam la frigider pentru 30-40 minute.

Put the composition in a foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Dupa ce am curatat bucataria si am mai cantat 3-4 cantecele, scoatem compozitia si o rulam pe blat pana obtinem o foaie grosuta de 5 mm. Apoi folosim cateva forme si le decupam, le punem pe o tava si la cuptor pentru 8 minute la 175 grade. Si GATA!

Eu am decis sa ii fac mai festivi si sa ii ornez, asa ca am cumparat din supermarket icing deja colorat in forma de creioane (pentru a orna mai bine si a nu ma chinui) si i-am ornat cum m-am priceput eu mai bine. 

A doua reteta pana la Craciun usoara si meeeega buna. Eu nu pot sta fara turta dulce in preajma craciunului, asa ca am facut eu ceva biscuiti ai carui gust seamana perfect cu cel al turtei dulci *inimioara*

I decided to make them more festive and i bought the already colored icing from the supermarket (to make them pretty and not to struggle) and I iced them how I knew better.

The second recipe until Christmas is easy and suuuuper good. I can not stand staying without gingerbread near Christmas, so I made some biscuits whose taste suits perfectly with that of gingerbread sweet *heart*
